Our journey began with a deep love for bold Louisiana flavors and a desire to make a difference in our community. From crispy Po’Boys to our signature Bayou Dawg, every dish is crafted with passion, tradition, and a modern twist.

But it doesn’t stop there — through Hope on the Bayou, our nonprofit initiative, Bayoou Bites also serves as a mobile food pantry, providing both hot meals on-site and take-home meal kits to families in need. Whether we’re pulling up to a school, a neighborhood, or a nonprofit partner location, we’re using food as a force for good. we’re using food as a force for good.
